NOW, T'I-~F:EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 39 of Ordinance No. 3968 of the County of Butte entitled
"541-013 BEHAVIORAL, HEALTH - DRUG TREAT'~~NT" by deleting therefrom the
following:
