RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO AMEND
CONTRACT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR
FY 2007!2008
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH) requires Butte
County Board of Supervisors' authorization to amend existing Phase I anti Phase II of the
Inpatient and Outpatient Consolidation Managed Care Program with the State Department of
Mental Health; and
WHEREAS, the total revenue to be received for FY 2007/2008 is $2,468,532; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement shall be July 1, 2006 through June 3D, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors
authorizes BCDBH #o amend their Inpatient and Outpatient Program for Managed care services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 5'h day of
August 2008, by the fallowing vote:
