RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3968 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3968 of the County of Butte entitled
"020-003 GENERAL SERVICES- ADMINISTRATION" by deleting therefrom the
following:

and add thereto the following:

``060-003 GENERAL SERVICES- PURCHASING" by adding thereto the following:
