RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF 13U"I"CE
AU01''TING STANDARD ESTIMA"I'INCG RATES PURSUANT'I'O
BUTTE COUNTY CODE 26-13.1
~YHEI2EAS, it is the desire oC the Board of Supervisors to establish standard estimating rates for
bonding of impravcments and%or payment of in lieu 1'ccs; and,
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has compiled the attached listing of`unit prices for the
cast of construction of public impravements by a public entity, and
1~'HEREAS, testi~l~any and evidence, bath oral and documentary, was received by the Board.
NO~V, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors;
Adopts the August 5, 200b, Standard Lstinriting Raies, attached hereto as exhibit A.
Pursuant to the provisions aF Government Code 66017(x), the rates adopted by this Resolution shall
