RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF PARCEL H OF Assessor
Parcel Number 040-030-070 TO THE OWNER OF Assessor Parcel Number
040-030-085
WHEREAS, on November 8, 2005, the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte authorized the Director of Public Works to expedite the
acquisitions necessary to the Speedway Avenue Extension Project and the
associated State Route 99 Frontage Road Extension Project,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte:
~ . Approve the transfer of Parcel H of Assessor Parcel Number 040-030-070
to the Owner Assessor Parcel Number 040-030-085.
2. Authorize the County Property Manager to prepare and execute all
necessary documents to close escrow.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this ~ yth
