RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN CONTRACT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL 8~ DRUG PROGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
MULTI YEAR -NEGOTIATED NET AMOUNT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from
the Butte County Board of Supervisors to amend the State Department of Alcohol & Drug
Programs Negotiated Net Amount and DruglMedi-Cal contract for FY 200812010; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for FY 2007!2008 is $2,031,366, reflecting
increased allocation in the amount of $16,084; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement shall be July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health is authorized by the Board of Supervisors to renew this Contract with the
State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 9~" day of
September 2008, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Dolan, kirk, Yamaguchi, and Chair Josiassen
NOES: None
