COUN"hY OF BUI'TI; KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, "hI iEREFORE, BE I'[' RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors oftlle County of
Butte hereby amends Section 25 ordinance No. 3968 of the County of Butte entitled
"430-001 PROBA"LION" by deleting therefrom the following Sunset position:

1 5517 Probation "I~echnician
Note: Change to be ei~fective October ? 1, 2008. "I~his change will leave the allocated
positions in budget unit 430-001 reduced by one position from 99 to 98.
