I am calling attention to a proposal for a Chico Simplicity Village to help deal with our local
homeless shelter crisis. I urge you to go to www.buttehomelesscoc.com and look at the 2017
Homeless Point in Time Report for your edification. Hopefully you do this as immediately as
possible and that you will consider the idea of this proposal, for there should be a local
Declaration of a Shelter Crisis to address this issue.
