RESOLUTION F.XEMP7'ING HERS"PROM WAY hROM BUTTE COUNTY CODE
CHAPTI+;R 26, SECTIONS 12 AND 13.1
~~4'HEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance No. 3989, An
Ordinance Amending Chapter 26 Buildings of the Burie County Code; and
WHEREAS, Hedstrom Way is located within the Chico urbanized area described in
Butte County Code Section 26-1 l ;and
WHERF,AS, Hedstrom Way is a private road with existing parcels developed that have
not installed curb, gutter and sidewalks; and
WHEREAS, the Butte Co~uity Board of Supervisors has determined that all future
parcels located on the private road named Hedstrom Way should be exempt from the installation
of-curb, gutter and sidewalk as required by Butte County Code Chapter 26, Sections 12 and 13.1.
NOW, TI~iEREhORE BE IT RESOLVEll, by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
that: Hedstrom Way located in the Chico urban area is exempt G-om the reyuircments of
installing curb, gutter and sidewalk in accordance with Butte Cow~ty Code Chapter 2(,. Sectirn~s
12 and 13.1.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 27th day of January ?009, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Dolan, Kirk, Lambert, Yamaguchi
NOES: None
ABSENT:None
