RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE
FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE FOR LOCAL AGENCIES
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, that the Chairman of the Butte County Board of Supervisors is
authorized and directed to approve the cooperative agreerr~ent (2CA00618} to provide fire
protection service for local agencies, entered into between the County of Butte and the
California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, covering the period July 1, 2008
through June 30, 2009.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 7th day
of April by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Do~.an, Kirk, Lambert, Yamaguchi
NOES: None
ASSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
