RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF FEDERAL APPORTLONMENT
EXCHANGE PROGRAM AND STATE MATCH PROGRAM BETWEEN THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION (AGREEMENT NO. X49-5912(081) EA NO. 03-92902G
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, as follows:
1. That said County approves of the Exchange and State Match Program Agreement No.
X09-5912 {081) and the Chair of Board be authorized to execute said Agreement on
behalf of said County. The Federal Apportionment Exchange Program and State
Match Program fund for a like amount of nonfederal State Highway Account funds
and the disbursement of State matching Funds far the fiscal year 200812009.
2. That the Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy of this Resolution to
the Federal Apportionment Exchange and State Match Program Agreement No. X09-
59I2(081).
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 5tE' day of May 2009 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Kirk, Lambert, Yamaguchi, and Chair Connelly
