RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ADMINISTERING AGENCY -STATE
AGREEMENT FOR STATE-FUNDED PROJECTS,
MASTER AGREEMENT N0.03-002485
WHEREAS, the County of Butte is eligible to receive California Department of
Transportation reimbursement funding as Administering Agency for certain designated
transportation projects, through the State of California Department of Transportation, and
WHEREAS, Master Agreements and Program Supplemental Agreements need to be
executed with the State of California Department of Transportation to establish terms and
conditions applicable to the Administering Agency before such qualifying transportation projects
are commenced and reimbursement funds can be claimed.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, that:
1. The County approves Master Agreement, Administer Agency -State Agreement for
State-Funded Projects No. 03-002485 in Butte County and the Chair of the Board be
authorized to execute said Master Agreement on behalf of the County.
2. That the Clerk of the Board be authorized to attach a certified copy of this Resolution to
Master Agreement ,Administer Agency -State Agreement far State-Funded Projects No.
03-002485.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this fifth day of May, 2009, by the following vote:
AYES• Supervisors Dolan, Kirk, Lambert, Yamaguchi, and Chair Connelly
