RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ACT AS THE OFFICIAL
REPRESENTATIVE FOR BUTTE COUNTY IN EXECUTING PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENTS TO ADMINISTERING AGENCY -STATE AGREEMENT FOR
STATE-FUNDED PROJECTS, MASTER AGREEMENT N0.03-0024$5
WHEREAS, the County of Butte is eligible to receive State fitnding for certain
transportation projects, through the State of California Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, Master Agreements, Program Supplement Agreements, Fund Exchange
Agreements, and/or Fund Transfer Agreements must be executed with the California Department
of Transportation before such fiuxds can be claimed; and
WHEREAS, on May 5, 2009, the Board of Directors of the County of Butte approved
and authorized execution of Master Agreement, Administering Agency -State Agreement for
State-Funded Projects No. 03-002485; and
WHEREAS, reimbursement of funds to the County of Butte by the State of California
for qualifying projects under said Master Agreement, Administering Agency -State Agreement
for State-Funded Projects No. 03-002485 requires execution of Program Supplements to said
Master Agreements.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, that:
The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to execute and
submit on behalf of the County of Butte said Program Supplements.
2. That the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte shall be
authorized to provide certified copies of the Resolution for attachment to said
Program Supplements to the above Master Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this fifth day of May, 2009, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, dirk, Lambert, Yamaguchi, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ASSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
