COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 14 of Ordinance No. 3991 of the County of Butte altitled
"320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 76.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thatthe Board of Supervisors ofthe County of

RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3991 OF THE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thatthe Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 57f of Ordinance No. 3991 of the County of Butte entitled
"MANAGEMENT CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY UNIT" by addingthereto
the following:
