RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS
TO EXECUTE RIGHTS-OF-WAY CERTIFICATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butts, State of
California, that the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to execute
Rights-of--Way Certifications in the name of the County of Butte for projects paid for
with federal, state, local or any combination thereof, funds where such certification is
required.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Boazd of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California at the regular meeting thereof on the 9`~ day of June, 2009, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Kirk, Lambert, Yamaguchi, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
