EAST AND WEST SIDES OF AUTREY LANE FROM LAS PLUMAS AVENUE TO
MONTE VISTA AVENUE, IN SOUTH OROVILLE
FROM THE HOURS OF 7AM TO 6 PM
(Vehicle Code Section 2250
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the Caunty of Butte, State of
California, as follows:
1. That the stopping, standing, or pazking of vehicles is prohibited on the east and west
sides of Autrey Lane from Las Plumas Avenue to Monte Vista Avenue.
2. That the Director of Public Works is directed to place "No Parking" signs or curb
markings as provided in Section 14-46 of the Butte County Code at the appropriate locations
along said roadway.
3. This resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 22507 of the State Vehicle Code and
Article XI of the Butte County Code.
4. All resolutions or ordinances or parts of resolutions and ordinances in conflict herewith
aze hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 1 lth day of August, 2009, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Kirk, La~-bert, Xamaguchi, and Chair Connelly
