COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors ofthe County of
Butte hereby amends Section 10 of Ordinance No. 3991 of the County of Butte entitled
"080 ASSESSOR" by adding thereto the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 1244 Assessment Cierk (position to end 06130110)
thereby increasing the total from 38 to 39.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors ofthe County of
Butte hereby amends Section 37 of Ordinance No. 3991 of the County of Butte entitled
"541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:

1 4133/4134 Mental Health Clinician/Mental Health Clinician
Intern
and adding the following:
Position Class Code Classif cation
1 4034/4032 Certif ed Nurse PractitionerlPhysician's Assistant
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 281.75.
