COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 37 of Ordinance No. 3991 of the County of Butte entitled
"541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by adding thereto the
following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 38 of Ordinance No. 3991 of the County of Butte entitled
"541-012 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 42 of Ordinance No. 3991 of the County of Butte entitled
"570-003 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -ELIGIBILITY" by adding
thereto the following:

"570-004 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors ofthe County of

"570-006 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES - Ca1WORKs" by deleting
therefrom the following:
