AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 987 OF THE
COUNTY OF BiFTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1, That Ordinance No. 987 of the County of Butte is hereby
amended as follows:
(a) That Section No. 3, entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR
CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES'" be amended by adding thereto
Class Title Number and Range
Dispatcher - Clerk 24 (447-555)
(b) That Section No. 39, entitled "SHERIFF-CORONER"
be amended by deleting
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
24 9 Sheriff's Clerk II
and adding thereto
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
24 3 Sheriff's Clerk II
24 6 Dispatcher - Clerk
That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after
the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage, it shall be published whiz the names of the
members voting for and against the same, once, in a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, this 22nd day of October, 1968, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Rowsden, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Maxon
NOES : None
ABSENT: Supervisor Dunaway
