COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN A5 THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends the section titled, "Allocated Positions" of Ordinance No. 3991 of
the County of Butte by adding thereto the following:

17 320-006 DISTRICT ATTORNEY- IHSS FRUAD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 17 of Ordinance No. 3991 of the County of Butte entitled
"320-006 DISTRICT ATTORNEY- IHSS FRUAD" by adding thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total from 0 to 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of

"320-005 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -WELFARE FRAUD" by deleting therefrom the
following:

RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3991 OF THE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 57, Reference F of Ordinance No. 3991 of the County of
Butte entitled "Management, Confidential, And Supervisory Unit" by adding the
