COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 13 of Ordinance No. 3991 of the County of Butte entitled
"130-001 COUNTY CLERK -ELECTIONS AND REGISTRATION" by deleting
therefrom the following:
