AUTIIORYZING PARTICIPATION IN STATE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
OFFICE OF FLEET AND ASSET MANAGEMENT SURPLUS PROPERTY PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Butte County desires to participate in the State Department of General Services (DGS) Office of
Fleet and Asset Management Surplus Property Program; and
WHEREAS, as a requirement of said program, the Butte County Board of Supervisors must adopt a resolution
authorizing an official to sign the DGS application;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Butte County Board of Supervisors adopts this
resolution authorizing the General Services Director to apply to the State Department of General Services
Office of Fleet and Asset Management Surplus Property Program, and to act for the County in signing all
necessary parts of the application to allow participation in the program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 23`d day of February, 2010 by the
following vote:
