COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 28 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"440-001 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classif cation
1 3309/3308 Building Inspector, SeniorlBuilding Inspector
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 3307 Supervisor, Building Inspector
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 24.8.
Note: These changes to be effective February 27, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 40 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:
Position Class Code Classification
2 3737 Child Support Assistant {position to end
06130110}
1 3726 Child Support Attorney I (term position to end
0913 0110)
thereby increasing the total from 110 to 113.
Note: These changes to be effective March 1, 2010.
