RESOLUTION PROHIBITING STOPPING, PARKING OR STANDING OF VEHICLES
IN COUNTY JURISDICTION AT THE INTERSECTIONS OF NORD AVE WITH
RODEO DR. AND HENSHAW AVE. AND AUTHORIZING LAW ENFORCEMENT TO
TOW PARKED VEHICLES AT THIS LOCATION
(Vehicle Code Sections 22507 and 22651(n))
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, as follows:
1. That the stopping, standing, or pazking of vehicles is prohibited on the north and south
sides of Nord Avenue and Rodeo Drive as signed at the intersections of Nord Ave with Rodeo
Drive and Renshaw Avenue.
2. That the Director of Public Works is directed to place "No Parking Tow-Away" signs
or curb mazkings as provided in Section 14-46 of the Butte County Code at the appropriate
locations along said roadway.
3. That any vehicle stopped, parked, or left standing in violation of this resolution may
be removed by any .peace off cer, as defined in Chapter 4.5 (commencing with Section 830} of
Title 3 of Part 2 of Penal Code.
4. This resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 22507 and 22651(n) of the State
Vehicle Code and Article XI of the Butte County Code.
5. All resolutions or ordinances or parts of resolutions and ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
