RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE AMENDING THE IMPROVEMENT STANDARDS PURSUANT TO
CHAPTER 2Q OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to revise existing Gridley Urban
Area as defined in Appendix I of the Butte County Improvement Standards; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors that the Gridley Urban Area is modified to the boundaries shown on the
attached map.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 16`" day of March, 2010 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Kirk, Lambert, Yamaguchi, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None 4
NOT VOTING: None
