RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE
FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE FOR LOCAL AGENCIES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, that the Chairman of the Butte County Board of Supervisors is
authorized and directed to approve the cooperative agreement {2CA01122) to provide fire
protection service for local agencies, entered into between the County of Butte and the
California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, covering the period July 1, 2009
through June 30, 2010.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 13rhday
of tipr~1 by the following vote:
AYES: Superva.sors Dolan, Kirk, Lambert,. Yamaguchi, and Chair Connell,;
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
