AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE AMENDING
ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 2, SECTION 13 OF THE
CODE OF BUTTE COUNTY
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte do ordain
as follows:

County Code is hereby amended as follows:
Section 2-13. Regular Meetings.
Regular meetings of the board of supervisors shall
commence Tuesday, February 4, 1969, at 7:00 p.m.;
provided, however, that when Tuesday falls on a
Iega1 holiday or when the board determines, by a
majority vote, to dispense with one or more meetings
or change the time thereof, then the board shall
announce at a regular meeting preceding the holiday
or change, the date and time of the next regular
meeting.
That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after its adoption. This ordinance befo-re the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, shall be published with the
names of the members voting for and against the same, once, in a
newspaper, published in the County of .Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 17th day of December,
1968, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Howsden, McKillop, and Chairman Maxon
NOES: Supervisor Pryde
