AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 987 OF T~iE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 9$7 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
(a~ That Section No. 9, entitled "ASSESSOR" be
amended by deleting therefrom
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
31 Appraiser

30 Junior Appraiser
and adding thereto

thereby changing the total of No. of Positions to 49.

2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fif-

names of the members voting for and against the same, once, in a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 31st day of 39ecember,
1968, by the following vote:
