RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN CONTRACT AMENDMENT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL ~ DRUG PROGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
MULTI YEAR -NEGOTIATED NET AMOUNT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from
the Butte County Board of Supervisors to amend its current Agreement with the State
Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs Negotiated Net Amount and DruglMedi-Cal contract for
PY 200812010; and
WHEREAS, the contract is being amended to reflect a decrease in the revenue
allocation in the amount of $41,759 for a maximum amount receivable for FY 2009/2090 of
$2,004,483; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement remains July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health is authorized by the Board of Supervisors to amend the existing Contract with
the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 22"d day of
June 2010, by the following vote:
