That Ordinance No. 987 of the County of Butte is hereby amended as follows: {a) That Section No. 3, entitled, "SALARY PLAAL FOR CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES" be amended to include the language on page 8 under B: Class Title Flat Amount Counsel Flat ,$17,250 Yr., and any increase or benefits granted to the District Attorney (b) That Section No. 30, entitled, "PARADISE JUDICIAL DISTRICT", be amended by reclassifying one Clerk II, range 20 to one Glerk III, range 22. {c) That Section No. 38, entitled, "RECORDER", be amended by deleting therefrom, Salary Rar a No. of Positions Classification Title 20 2 Clerk II and adding thereto 20 12 Clerk II changing the total from eight to seven and one half. (d) That Section No. 24, entitled "HOSPITAL" be amended by deleting therefrom Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title 20 3 Account Clerk II 20 7 Clerk II and adding thereto r 20 ,% 4 Account Clerk II 20 6 Clerk II (e) That Section No. 21, entitled, "FARM ADVISOR, be amended by reclassifying one Steno III, -range 24 to one Steno II, range 22. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 I1 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 (f) That Section No. 43, entitled, "VETERANS SERVICE & PUBLIC GUARDIAN", be amended by reclassifying ozze Steno-Clerk III, range 24 to one Clerk III, range 22, 2, That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be published with the names of the members voting for and against the same, once in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
