RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE AND RATIFY BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERVICES SIGNATURE ON AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA
STATE WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors entered into an agreement in
the amount of $138,860 with State Water Resources Control Board for the period of Aprii
1, 2008 to June 30, 2010 to allow the Butte County Agricultural Commissioners Office to
perform work related to the Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program and provided in the
2007 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and
WHEREAS,~the State Water Resources Control Board is amending this
agreement with a six month extension to December 31, 2010 to allow the Butte County
Agricultural Commissioners office to continue to perform work as provided in the MOU
under the continued funding amount established in the original agreement provisions in
agreement amendment 07-079-950.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of
Supervisors authorizes and ratifies the Butte County Depar#ment of General Services
signature on agreement amendment 07-079-150 with the State Water Resources
Control Board.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 13t''
day of July, 2010, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Kirk, Lambert, Yamaguchi, and Chair Connelly
