AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 987 OF THE
COUNTX OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 987 of the County of Butte is hereby
amended as follows:
(a} That Section No. 3, entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR
CLASSTFTED EMPLOYEES" be amended by deleting therefrom

Assessment Supervisor 31 (654-814)
Assessor Business Manager 35 (814-1016)
Assistant Recorder 30 (620-772)
and adding thereto

2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, once,
in a newspaper published in the County o£ Butte, State of Calif-
ornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 14th day of January,
1969, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, Maxon, Reynolds and Chairman McKill
