RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL AND DRUG PROGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR THE
COMPREHENSIVE DRUG COURT IMPLEMENTATION GRANT AWARD
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from the
Butte County Board of .Supervisors to enter into an Agreement with the State Department of
Alcohol and Drug Programs for the Comprehensive Drug Court Implementation Grant Award for
FY 2010/2011 - FY 201112012; and
WHEREAS, the contract revenue allocation will be $126,707, allocated as follows:
$63,353.50 for FY 201012011; $63,353.50 for FY 11112; and
2011.
WHEREAS, the term of the Agreement will be January 1, 2011 through December 31,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health is authorized by the Board of Supervisors to enter into the above-referenced
Agreement with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 13th day of July
2010, by the following vote:
