RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL AND DRUG PROGRAMS '
AND
BUTTE COI~f~TY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR THE
DEPENDENCY DRUG COURT GRANT AWARD
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from
the Butte County Board of Supervisors to enter into an Agreement with the State Department of
Alcohol and Drug Programs for the Dependency Drug Court Grant Award for FY 201012011;
and
WHEREAS, the contract revenue allocation far FY 2010/2011 will be $238,946; and
WHEREAS, the term of the Agreement will be July 1, 2010 through June 30, -2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behaviors! Health is authorized by the Board of Supervisors to enter into the above-referenced
Agreement with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs.

2010, by the following vote:
