WHEREAS, Butte County Code Section 2.1 provides that the Board of Supervisors may, by
resolution, specify those hours during which individual departments will be open to the public;
and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has approved the Library's request to be
closed to the public one regularly scheduled workday per year in order to implement an annual
all-staff development and training day.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Butte County Board of Supervisors that the
Library is open to the public effective July 13, 2010 as follows*:

* With the exception of Thursday September 23, 2010 when all branches will be closed to the
public in order for staff to attend an all day development workshop.
All branches narmaliy closed. on Mondays will observe Monday holidays on the preceding
Saturday.
Resolution No. 10-091, adopted June 22, 2010, is hereby rescinded in its entirety.

LIBRARY
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, on this 13 day of 2010 by the following vote:
