RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4014 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 9 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"070 TREASURER-TAX COLLECTOR" by deleting therefrom the following:

and add thereto the following:

Administrative Support
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 23.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 57 Reference F of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of
Butte entitled "Management, Confidential and Supervisory Unit" by deleting therefrom
the following classification:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:

"540-011 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:

"360 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

"541-013 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -DRUG TREATMENT" by deleting therefrom the
following:

thereto the following;
