Resolution
WHEREAS, Butte County Code Section 2.1 provides that the Board of Supervisars ma~, by
xesolution, specify those hours during which individual departments will be open to the public;
a.n.d .
WHEREAS, a planned reorganization of Iibrary staff is being implernented 1'hat will allow for
Chico branch library to re-o~aen for S hours on Mondays; and
WHEREAS, the City of Chico contributes funding for staff to extend. library hours at the Chico
Branch by 18 hours per week beyond ~e 3b hours per week funded by the County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE YT RESOLVED, by the Butte County Board of Supervisors that the
Library will be open to the public e~fective September 13, 2010 as follows:
