A RES~LUTIDN APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDING AND
THE EXECT~4N OF A GRANT AGREEMENT AND ANY AMENDMENTS
THERETO FROM THE 2008 DISASTER RECOVERY ~NYTYATIVE (DRn
ALLOCATION OF THE STATE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte as follows:
SECTION 1:
The Butte Cour~ty Boa~-d of Supervisors has reviewed and hexeby appraves an application for up to
$4,300,000 ~ar t~.e following activities:
Housing Rehabflitation, Reconstructian, Replacement: ,$3, 050, 000
Concow Road Improvements: $1, 014, 000
Planning: $1 S0, D00
General Pro~ram Administration: ~Sb, 000
Tota1 Request: $4,300,000
SECTYON 2:
The County has determined that federal Citizen Participation requirements were met during the
development of this application.
SECT~ON 3:
The Chief Administrative Officer is hereby authorized and directed to sign this application and act on
the Gounty's behalf in alI matters pertairung to this application.
SECTION 4:
~£the application is approvec~, the Chief Admir~istrative O£ficer is authorized to enter into and sign the
gzant agreezrzent az~d any suhsequent amendmen~s with the State of Califorz~ia for the purposes of this
grant.
SECTIQN 5:
If the application is approved, 3enni~er Macarthy, Pz-ograz~n Development Manager, is authorized to
sign Funds Requests and other required reporting forrns.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Baard of Supervisors this 14'h day of August, 2Q10,
