RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4014 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE_"SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 58, Reference A of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of
Butte entitled "Appointed Department Heads" by adding the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 12 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"100 COUNTY COUNSEL" by deleting therefrom the following:

and add the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 9.
Note: Change to be effective duly 1, 2010.
