COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 40, Reference A of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of
Butte entitled "550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:

and add the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 112.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors ofthe County of
Butte hereby amends Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:

and add the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 283.25.
