HomeMy WebLinkAbout10-139WHEREAS, Article XIII-B of the California Constitution provides that local governments must establish aru~uaI appropriation limits pursuant to said Article, and; - WHEREAS, Section 7910, Division 9, of the Government Code, provides that the governing body of each local jurisdiction shall, by resolution, establish its appropriations limit for the following year at a regularly scheduled meeting, and; WHEREAS, the Auditor-Controller has calculated the Butte County appropriations limit for fiscal year 2010-2011 to be $145,757,235. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the appropriations limit for Butte County is established to be $145,757,235 for fiscal year 2010-2011, and; FURTHER, that said appropriations limit, and the determination thereof are in corrzpliance with Article XIII-B of the California Constitution. .
