AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 987 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, 'State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 987 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
(a) That Section No. 3,(B}, entitled "For Classes with
Flat Rate Assignments. Salary rates for the following classificati-
ons will apply as indicated." be amended by deleting therefrom
~~ Class Title Flat Amount
Hospital Physician Flat 1,700 Mo.
and adding thereto
Class Title Flat Amount
Hospital Physician Flat 2,000 Mo.
2 That this ordinance shall take effect thirty {30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fif-
teen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with the
names of the members voting for and against the same, once, in a
newspaper published in the County of .Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 28th day of January,
1969.
AYES: Supervisors Howsden, Reynolds and Chairman McKillop
NOES: Supervisors Dunaway and Maxon
