OF THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE
WHEREAS, Article XIII-B of the California Constitution provides that local
governments must establish annual appropriation limits pursuant to said Article, and;
WHEREAS, Section 7910, Division 9, of the Government Code, provides that
the governing body of each local jurisdiction shalt, by reso]ution, establish its appropriations limit
for tl3e following year at a regularly scheduled meeting, and;
WHEREAS, the Auditor-Controller has calculated the appropriations limit for
the applicable special districts to be the amounts shown on Attachme~~t A for fiscal year 2410-
241 l .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the appropriations limits for
special districts under control of the Board of Supervisors of Butte County are established to be
the amounts shown on Attachment A for fiscal year 2010-2011, and
FURTHER, that said appropriations limit, and the determination thereof are in
compliance with Article XIII-B of the California Constitution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, State
of California, this 12th day of October, 20 ] 0.

FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010-2011
