RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4014 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors ofthe County of
Butte hereby amends Section 25, Reference A of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of
Butte entitled "430-001 PROBATION" by adding thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total from 91 to 92.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 14 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the following:

and add the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 76.5.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 48 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"630 LIBRARY" by adding thereto the following:
