COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors ofthe County of
Butte hereby amends Section 40 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

thereby decreasing the total from 112.5 to 110.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 14 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by adding thereto the following:
