COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 41 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"570-001 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -ADMINISTRATION" by
deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code
1 4110
and add the following:
Classification
Administrative Coordinator
Position Class Code Classif cation
1 5303 Program Manager, Employment & Social
Services
Note: This change to be effective October 16, 2010
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 160
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 11 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"090 HUMAN RESOURCES" by adding thereto the following:

1 1320 Supervisor, Payroll
and delete the following:

1 1361/1360 Payroll Specialist, Senior/Payroll Specialist
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 18

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 14 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by adding thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total from 77.5 to 78.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of

"430-001 PROBATION" by deleting therefrom the following:

"540-011 PUBLIC HEALTH" by deleting therefrom the following:
