AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 987 OF THE
COUNTY OF BiJTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

2 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
3 of California, do ordain as follows:
4 1. That Ordinance No. 987 of the County of Butte is hereby
5 amended as follows:
~~, g (a) That Section No. 3, entitled, "SALARY PLAN FOR

7 CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES" be amended to include the follo~,aing on
g page four:

I1 (b) That Section No. 12, entitled, "CENTRAL SERVICES"
12 be amended by deleting the entire section and adding thereto:

19 2• That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
20 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
21 fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
22 the names of the members voting for and against the same, once
23 in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
24 California.
