RESOLUTION DECLARING AN ALL-WAY STOP CONTROLLED INTERSECTION
AT MERIDIAN ROAD AND NORD HIGHWAY
(Vehicle Code Section 21355)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, that the intersection of Meridian Road and Nord Highway be made an all-way stop
controlled intersection and the Director of Public Works is hereby instructed to install legal
STOP signs and markings at the appropriate entrances thereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 23~d day of November, 2010, by the following vote:
AYES' Supervisors Dolan, Kirk, T~ambert, Yamaguchi, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
