RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ACT AS THE OFFICIAL
REPRESENTATIVE FOR BUTTE COUNTY IN NONHNATING AND SUBMITTING
CYCLE 4 HIGHWAY SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (IISIP) GRANT
PROJECTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, that the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to execute and
submit on behalf of the County of Butte applications nominating public works roadway
improvement projects, as determined by the Director of Public Works, far Cycle 4 Highway
Safety hprovement Program (HSIl') grant funding available under apportionments received and
programmed by the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans}.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
