COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 38 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"541-012 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES" by adding
thereto the following:

4061/4058
Classif cation
Supervisor, Behavioral Health Counselor
Medical Records Technician, Senior/Medical
Records Technician
thereby increasing the total from 21.5 to 23.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 18 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"360 SHERIFF-CORONER ~ SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 6813 Sheriff's Sergeant
and delete the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 6816 Deputy Sheriff
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 268.
